- Prices
3.1. All prices listed on the webshop are in EUR (€) and include VAT in accordance with Luxembourgish tax regulations.
3.2. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.3. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

- Returns and Refunds
6.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, as per Luxembourg consumer law.
6.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at alexandra@bonita.lu with your order details.
6.3. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
6.5 In accordance with Luxembourg and EU law, all products are covered by a two-year legal warranty against conformity defects. If a product is defective or non-conforming, please contact us at alexandra@bonita.lu for replacement or refund.

All content available on bonita.lu, including but not limited to product images, poster designs, illustrations, graphics, text, logos, and website layout, is the exclusive property of bonita.lu – Alexandra Clarens or its licensors and is protected by Luxembourgish and international intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of this website or its contents without our prior written consent.
7.3. The purchase of a product does not grant you any license or right to use our intellectual property beyond personal, non-commercial use.
7.4. If the webshop offers personalized or custom posters created using customer-provided text or images, the customer confirms that they hold all necessary rights to that content. By submitting such content, the customer grants bonita.lu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited license to use, reproduce, and adapt the material solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
